How do we support the homeless, disadvantaged and other vulnerable people?
How does the Catholic Church support and protect people in need?
What does our faith tell us about how we should respond?

This year’s Annual Conference will look at all these issues and also think through some of the ways in which that all changed with Covid.

The AGMs of the CMA (UK) and the Catholic Medical Missionary Society (CMMS) will start at 9:15am.
The conference itself will start at 11am and run through till 1pm.
Following the conference, Holy Mass will be streamed from Arundel Cathedral in Sussex.

We have had many enquiries from members and other good Catholics about the Covid vaccines now on offer. Many have been concerned about the use of foetal cell lines within the vaccine development and manufacture processes. Some have worried that they should not receive the vaccines due to the foetal cell line issue. Others have asked if one of the vaccines is preferable to the other. Still  more are worried about the possibility that we may be compelled to be vaccinated:- either to work in certain industries or perhaps to  travel to other countries. This talk by Dr Adrian Treloar, building upon recent articles in the Catholic Medical Quarterly is open to all CMA members and also others who are interested or concerned.
